HOUSE RULES

Check-in / Check-out

Check-out by 10:00 AM (hand over the keys to the host or follow the instructions provided at check-in)
Check-in from 3:00 PM (please notify us 30 minutes before arrival)

Guests & Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Access is allowed only to registered guests

Parties & Noise

Loud music is not permitted
Parties and events are not allowed

Smoking

Allowed only in outdoor areas using ashtrays
Smoking is not allowed inside the house

Pets

Not allowed on beds or sofas
Allowed upon prior notice
Must be kept on a leash in outdoor areas

Entrance Door

Close gently
Do not slam the door
Always accompany it when closing
Insert the key and keep it in the open position while closing to avoid damage

Cleaning & Damages

Report any damage or issues promptly
Please keep the house tidy during your stay

Waste Disposal

Dispose of waste in the appropriate containers
“Area boschetto”: exit the main gate and turn right
Use the token provided at check-in to open the automatic gate

Parking

Do not occupy the neighbor’s space (right side)
